Trip Quotes Terms & Agreements

Trip Quotes: We offer our clients trip quotes based on the information provided to us by the client. These quotes are subject to change based on factors such as availability, seasonality, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Booking: Once the client agrees to the trip quote, we will begin the booking process. We will require the client's full name, date of birth, and any other information needed to book the trip. The client will be responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Payment: We require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the trip. The balance of the trip must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the trip.

Cancellation and Refunds: If the client wishes to cancel the trip, they must do so in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider. We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Changes: If the client wishes to make changes to the itinerary after booking, we will do our best to accommodate them. However, changes may be subject to fees and availability.

Travel Documents: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa, if required. We will provide information and assistance as needed, but ultimately it is the client's responsibility to obtain and carry all necessary documents.

Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the trip, unless caused by our negligence or intentional act. We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms of service due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.

Governing Law: These terms of service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where the travel agency is based.

Severability: If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Travel Provider Terms: The travel agency acts as an intermediary between the client and the travel provider (e.g. airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, tour operators, etc.). The client will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider in addition to these terms of service.

Health and Safety: The client is responsible for ensuring their own health and safety during the trip. We recommend that clients review travel advisories and take necessary precautions before and during their trip. The travel agency reserves the right to refuse service to any client who poses a risk to themselves or others.

Privacy: We respect the privacy of our clients and will only collect and use personal information as necessary to provide our services. We will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or with the client's consent.

Communication: We will communicate with the client primarily through email, phone, or in person. It is the client's responsibility to check their email regularly and provide accurate contact information.

Feedback: We welcome feedback from our clients and use it to improve our services. Clients may provide feedback through our website, email, or in person.

By agreeing to these terms of service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined above.
